We’re delighted to announce the winners of the Lincolnshire FA Referee Awards 2023.

The Lincolnshire FA Awards is our opportunity to celebrate the people and organisations that have made an outstanding contribution to grassroots football in the Lincolnshire region, and part of this is recognising the individuals who in the middle of the pitch whom without, the game doesn't happen - our Referees.

The award winners have been chosen by the Lincolnshire Referees Committee, of whom we thank for helping us to recognise Lincolnshire's outstanding Match Officials.

And so, without further adieu, the 2023 winners are...

Michael Brader, Referee Development Manager at Lincolnshire FA, said: “It is so pleasing to see the quality of both the winners of the Lincolnshire FA Referee Awards for 2023 and also of the nominees who pushed them close in each category. These awards recognise the hard work and dedication displayed by each of them to have achieved so much in the past year. We must also remember the large group of Observers, Coaches and Mentors who go out each week to support our Referees as we celebrate their success.”

What Happens Next?

Lincolnshire FA has now invited all of our winners to our annual awards evening to celebrate. The awards evening will take place at Boston United's Jakemans Community Stadium on Thursday 2nd November 2023, where attendees will enjoy a three-course meal and celebrate all our award winners from across the County.
