Lincolnshire FA Launch Equality Profile Audit

Great prizes for those taking part!

Lincolnshire FA is committed to making football reflective and representative of the community we serve, ensuring that it really is accessible For All.

Through this commitment, we are conducting an audit to collect data on the profile of our board, staff (paid and unpaid), coaches, officials, and members/participants. This data will put us in the best possible position to identify areas of under-representation or potential inequalities, supporting us to tackle these issues.

This monitoring information will be evidenced through the accreditation process for the Preliminary Level of the Equality Standard for Sport, and will aid our efforts to ensure that all board, staff, coaches, officials and members/participants are treated fairly in respect to the protected characteristics of the Equality Act 2010 (age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, and sexual orientation).

The following survey should take no longer than 5 minutes to complete and all entries will remain anonymous and confidential, therefore information cannot be traceable. Only those analysing the data will have access to the information provided.

All questions are mandatory, however there is a 'prefer not to say' option should you wish not to share information about yourself. There is also a short section at the end about discrimination in football.

Lincolnshire FA thank you in advance for your time to complete this survey and helping us to ensure football in Lincolnshire is inclusive for all.

By completing the survey, you will be given the opportunity to go into a draw to win one of three Kitlocker vouchers or one of three Amazon vouchers!
