Footballs in a training session

Mental Health Football Sessions

There are a number of Football opportunities across Lincolnshire offering an opportunity for those to play football, improve their wellbeing, and socialise with others.

Lincoln City

Team Talk is Lincoln City Foundation’s mental health programme for people aged over 16.

We provide safe spaces and physical activity sessions to help break down the barriers that prevent people asking for help, whilst also offering a network of social support. All session deliverers are Mental Health First Aid Trained.
