27 - 14 days before the course: 25% charge of the course fee + admin fee.

13 - 7 days before the course: 50% charge of the course fee + admin fee.

6 days or less before the course: No refund.
Course Transfer Policy:

28 - 14 days before the course: No transfer fee.

13 - 7 days before the course: 10% administration fee.

6 days or less before the course: No transfers permitted; the candidate must re-book at full cost.
In cases of health issues or exceptional circumstances, candidates may be allowed to transfer upon providing a Doctor’s letter or medical documentation.
