Grassroots Football Awards 2025

Nominations Open For Grassroots Football Awards 2025

Don’t miss out on the power of a thank you. Nominations are live from 28th February – midnight on 6th April.

It’s time for everyone across Lincolnshire to say thanks for everything volunteers do to make football happen.

We’re asking you to nominate the volunteers, coaches, clubs, leagues, officials and anyone else you think deserves a Grassroots Football Award. It’s quick and easy to nominate and, to our amazing volunteers, your thanks will mean the world.

Don’t miss out on the power of a thank you. Nominations are live from 28th February – midnight on 6th April.

The winners will then be carefully selected and invited to our glittering Awards Presentation Ceremony. This will be held at Belton Woods Hotel, Gonerby Grange Ln, Belton, Grantham, NG32 2LN.

Lincolnshire winners in the 12 categories will then be passed on to The FA for their judging panel to determine their national winner. This award ceremony will be held at Wembley Stadium on 10th August ahead of the Community Shield Final.

How To Nominate

You can nominate as many times as you like, in as many categories as you like. This year, it’s easier than ever with a new shorter form. Simply let us know:

• What they do, and how it impresses you

• How they make a difference to others’ lives

• Where they’ve had an impact in their community

• If they’ve overcome obstacles or created new opportunities

The more detail you give, the better. Also, when thinking about your outstanding volunteers, think about nominating in all the Award categories.

Every time you nominate a volunteer, club, league or match official we’ll let them know they’re up for an award – and give them the chance to nominate another volunteer too.
