Lincolnshire FA is excited to announce our upcoming Newly Qualified Coach Development Workshop for coaches who are just starting their journey or looking to enhance their skills in running safe, fun, and enjoyable football sessions.

Who is it for?
- Newly qualified or beginner coaches just starting their coaching journey.
- Anyone interested in running a football team and creating a safe, enjoyable environment for players.
What to Expect:
- Learn how to deliver fun, safe, and engaging sessions that will help you build confidence as a coach.
- Gain insights from a Coach Developer as they create a positive and inclusive environment.
- Discuss how to manage differences among players using the STEP framework (Space, Task, Equipment, People).
- Explore key coaching strategies and techniques that you can apply within your own context.

It’s also a great addition to the FA Introduction to Coaching Football (I2CF) course, giving you hands-on experience and practical tips from expert Coach Developers.
