We are proud to announce that the Crofts Estate Agents Youth Football League (YFL) in Grimsby has been named the 2024 League of the Year by Lincolnshire FA.

This recognition highlights the incredible efforts of Benn and his team, who have worked tirelessly to provide a platform for over 2,500 local players to enjoy competitive and inclusive football.

The Crofts YFL has played a pivotal role in the local grassroots scene for many years, ensuring that players of all abilities have the opportunity to participate in a league tailored to their level.

Benn and his dedicated volunteers have made it their mission to promote inclusivity, sportsmanship, and development within the league, creating a supportive environment for young players.

One of the standout achievements of Crofts YFL is their focus on positive reinforcement and education for coaches. Through various events, they have fostered an understanding of the responsibilities that come with coaching in junior grassroots football.

This effort extends to building a network of additional volunteers, helping to ensure that players, coaches, and parents feel understood and supported within the local football community.

Their successful tournaments and positive culture have set a high standard, and without the Crofts YFL, many young players in the area would not have the same opportunities to grow and compete in the sport they love.
