The October 2024 Lincolnshire FA Veo Goal of the Month award has been won by Heather Gardener of Gainsborough Trinity Women after winning the public ballot with 21% of the total votes. 

The Holy Blues player won October 2024's award, which was another incredibly competitive month, and saw off competition from Bentley Johnson, Dave Leese, Harvey Graves, JJ Ward, Josh Batty, Kadey Phillips, Rueben Padbury, Teddie Locking-Sharp, Tom Hipwell, Adam Gowing, Nigel Howes, and Alex Clements-Limb.

The public ballot received a total of 738 votes. 

Lincolnshire FA's Media, Marketing & Events Officer (Zack Leader) will present the award at a Gainsborough Trinity Women training session to present Heather with the award on Tuesday 26th November.

The Veo Goal of The Month award is open for any goal scored by a Lincolnshire FA affiliated team - as long as you have got video footage of the goal, it’s ready to be nominated! 

Please note: Any team under the age of 18 will require consent from all players and parents.

To submit a nomination, you can upload it to any of your social media platforms – tagging Lincolnshire FA in the post and using the hashtag #LFAVeoGOTM. Please include the name of the player, the date the goal was scored and who it was scored for.

The Veo Goal of the Month winner will receive a framed certificate, as well as having Lincolnshire FA’s Media & Marketing Officer come down to film an interview that’ll be shared on our social media channels, as well as presenting the award to the winners.
