Female Coach Development Workshop: Building Self-Awareness for Growth
Lincolnshire FA is excited to invite female coaches to our upcoming development workshop, Female Coach Development, taking place in Sleaford this December. This CPD session is designed to support female coaches by enhancing self-awareness, building reflective practices, and providing tools to set meaningful development targets.

In this interactive session, attendees will explore the “What, How, and Why” of self-awareness and discover practical methods for incorporating reflection into their coaching routines. By engaging in purposeful reflection, coaches can better understand their own coaching style, identify areas for growth, and create positive experiences for their players.
