The 2023/24 Lincolnshire FA Veo Goal of the Season award has been won by Lauren Churcher of Lincoln United Women after winning the public ballot with 15.7% of the total votes. 

The Whites' attacker won the lucrative and inaugural award, having seen off competition from Chloe Waite, Albie Wager, Brandon Leak, Charlie Robinson, Emily Grove, Jack McMenemy, Kieran Bloor, Luke Mascall, Owen Sargeant, Sam Eggleston, Tyler Larocca, Gethan Flint, Olly Bowes, Ashton Stevens, Milan Kotloczki, and James Clifton.

Lincolnshire FA's Media, Marketing & Events Officer - Zack Leader - will present the award at a Lincoln United Women's training session in the coming weeks.

The full results for the 2023/24 Veo Goal of the Season are as follows:

6. Luke Mascall (Brigg Town FC CIC) - 8.3%

7. Chloe Waite (Cleethorpes Town Ladies U13 Tilletts) - 7.3%

8. Kieran Bloor (Greenbank FC U13 Flash) - 6.0%

9. Emily Grove (Sleaford Town JFC U16 Belles) - 5.9%

10. Tyler Larocca (Venue FC) - 4.5%

=11. Brandon Leak (Laceby FC) - 3.1%

=11. James Clifton (Spalding United) - 3.1%

=13. Sam Eggleston (Fisherman's Arms FC) - 0.6%

The Lincolnshire FA Goal of the Month award is in collaboration with our new partner, Veo Technologies.

The Veo Goal of The Month award will return from August and will be open for any goal scored by a Lincolnshire FA affiliated team - as long as you have got video footage of the goal, it’s ready to be nominated! 

Please note: Any team under the age of 18 will require consent from all players and parents.

To submit a nomination, you can upload it to any of your social media platforms – tagging Lincolnshire FA in the post and using the hashtag #LFAVeoGOTM. Please include the name of the player, the date the goal was scored and who it was scored for.

The Veo Goal of the Month winner will receive a framed certificate, as well as having Lincolnshire FA’s Media & Marketing Officer come down to film an interview that’ll be shared on our social media channels, as well as presenting the award to the winners.
