Lincolnshire FA is excited to host a Future Lionesses Talent ID event, offering girls across the county a chance to showcase their skills and take the first steps toward joining the FA’s Talent Pathway.

The FA is committed to building England teams with the quality, diversity, and depth needed to win major tournaments. To support this ambition, Lincolnshire FA is providing a local platform for girls to display their talent and potentially progress along the national talent pathway.

This exciting opportunity is open to all eligible girls, whether they currently play at school, in boys’ teams, or girls’ teams. The event focuses on having fun while creating an inclusive environment to uncover the next generation of Lionesses.

Who Can Take Part?

To be eligible for the FA Talent Pathway, players must be, during the 2024-2025 season, born in 2009, 2010, or 2011.

What to Expect?

 Participants will be split into age groups and take part in:

• Warm-Up: Preparing players for the session ahead.
• Ball Skills and Movement Drills: Developing key technical abilities.
• Small-Sided Match Play: A chance to apply skills in game situations.

How to Get Involved

This is an individual sign-up event, so if you know a young player with the potential to shine, nominate them or encourage them to register. The FA is dedicated to uncovering talent from all corners of the country, across all formats of the game.
