Coaches often encounter challenges when numbers are lower than expected, but this workshop will equip attendees with strategies to adapt their training plans without compromising on quality. The session will guide participants on transforming traditional training into functional practices that suit the group size while achieving desired outcomes.

Course Cancellations & Transfers

Cancellation Policy:

• 28+ days before the course: Full refund.
• 27–14 days before the course: 25% of the course fee plus an admin fee will be charged.
• 13–7 days before the course: 50% of the course fee plus an admin fee will be charged.
• 6 days or less: No refund will be provided.

Transfer Policy:

• 28–14 days before the course: No transfer fee.
• 13–7 days before the course: 10% administration fee.
• Less than 6 days: Transfer not available; candidates will need to re-book at full cost.

Exceptions may be made for health reasons or exceptional circumstances, with supporting evidence required from a medical professional.
